PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select the product model.
2. Choose the material for the jewelry. Available options are listed in the description.
3. For ring orders, provide your exact finger size. If an incorrect size is given, an exchange is possible, but the delivery cost is borne by the customer.

SHIPPING:

1. Order processing takes 1-2 days.
2. Jewelry production takes 5-12 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding items that are in stock.
3. Once production is complete, our manager will contact you and send a tracking number for delivery.

SHIPPING IN UKRAINE

Goods are shipped via the transport company "Nova Poshta" to any branch of the company or to the customer's address for courier delivery. Please note that due to the state of war, we dispatch your order within 1-5 working days after production. Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Jewelry are shipped to Europe, America, and other countries (excluding aggressor states) via Ukrposhta. The delivery cost is $20. Shipping times are 14-31 days. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery times may be extended up to 2 months.
Please note: additional fees may be applied by customs in the destination country. Prices on our site do not include international taxes, customs duties, or other potential charges. We cannot calculate customs costs as they depend on the regulations of each country. For detailed information about customs duties and fees, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for orders that are not accepted by the recipient due to unpaid customs duties and taxes.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

According to current Ukrainian legislation, jewelry is classified as non-returnable and non-exchangeable: "Jewelry of proper quality, listed in the list of non-food items approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172, is not subject to return or exchange."
Mascon products can only be returned or exchanged in cases of technical defects. If the product does not match your order upon delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Such items must be returned directly at the time of delivery by the courier, in their original packaging and with all accompanying documents. In case you wish to exchange an item due to an incorrect size, the cost of the exchange is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is also responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Mascon is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or customs fees related to exchanges or returns.
